Terms of Service
Effective 1 October 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HAUTEN (the “Company”) and visitors who use the stamp tour service STAMPY.
Article 2 (Definitions)
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Service | STAMPY, provided by the Company through the app and the web (stampy.site) |
| Partner | The organiser who opens an event, sets up spots, and runs a stamp tour |
| Event | A stamp tour created by a partner. Its period, spots, completion rules, and rewards are set by the partner |
| Spot | A place where a visit earns a stamp |
| Visitor | A person taking part in an event and collecting stamps |
| Stamp | The record added for a visitor when a spot visit is confirmed |
Article 3 (Effect and changes)
- These terms take effect when posted on the service screens and this site. By using the service, a visitor is deemed to have agreed to them.
- The Company may change these terms within the bounds of applicable law, announcing changes on this site at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes unfavourable to visitors.
- A visitor who does not agree to the changed terms may stop using the service.
Article 4 (No sign-up)
- STAMPY has no membership. A visitor can take part the moment they open the app or arrive through a QR code or card at the venue; no name, email, or phone number is requested.
- Stamps are kept in the service, not on the visitor’s device. The device holds only a random identifier that points to the owner of the stamps.
- A visitor may choose to link an Apple, Google, Kakao, or LINE account so that stamps can be recovered after changing devices or reinstalling. If the device identifier is lost without a link, the collected stamps cannot be recovered, and the Company cannot restore them.
- Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (The service)
- The Company provides visitors with event information, spot guidance, visit confirmation and stamp awards, completion judgement, and completion certificates.
- The content of an event is set by the partner. The event period, spots, confirmation methods, completion rules, and what is given on completion (rewards) belong to the partner, and the Company does not guarantee their fulfilment. Questions about rewards go to the partner.
- The Company may change screens and features without notice, but never in a way that removes stamps already collected.
Article 6 (Visit confirmation)
- Spot visits are confirmed by the methods the partner has chosen: QR at the venue, NFC card, location check, or staff confirmation. The screen shows which methods each spot uses.
- The location check is used only after the visitor consents; details are in the Location Service Terms.
- Confirmation is judged by the service. If you dispute a judgement, contact us at the address in Article 12.
Article 7 (Visitor obligations)
Visitors must not:
- Try to obtain stamps without actually visiting, such as by using programs that fake location, copying QR codes or cards, or using someone else’s confirmation code or device
- Interfere with normal operation, such as by sending abnormally many requests or exploiting a defect in the service
- Harm a partner’s on-site staff or other visitors
- Otherwise breach the law or these terms
Article 8 (Improperly obtained stamps)
The Company may void stamps obtained in breach of Article 7 or end that participation. The Company is not liable if the visitor consequently misses a reward.
Article 9 (Leaving and deletion)
- A visitor may leave an event at any time. Stamps already collected remain, and return as they were on rejoining.
- In the app’s Settings, “Delete all my records” unlinks every linked account and erases the device identifier. From then on, that visit history can no longer be attributed to anyone, and it is destroyed once the retention period in the Privacy Policy ends. To request from the web, see Account deletion request.
Article 10 (Intellectual property)
- Rights in the service’s screens, stamp designs, typefaces, and software belong to the Company.
- Rights in an event’s name, photos, descriptions, and spot information belong to the partner.
- Visitors may use these only to the extent of using the service and may not copy, distribute, or modify them without permission from the Company or the partner.
Article 11 (Limitation of liability)
- For this free service, the Company is not liable for a visitor’s damage unless caused by its intent or gross negligence.
- The Company is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, telecommunications failures, device positioning errors, or the fault of a partner or visitor.
- The Company is not liable for the content of an event set by a partner or for the fulfilment of rewards.
