Account Deletion Request

STAMPY has no accounts

STAMPY visitors don’t sign up. All the Company holds is a random identifier that points to the owner of the stamps, plus the identifier of any Apple, Google, Kakao, or LINE account a visitor chose to link. We don’t collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

So “account deletion” means unlinking every linked account and erasing the identifier on your device.

Delete right away in the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Press “Delete all my records” at the bottom.
3. Confirm once more, and it’s done.

Every linked account is unlinked (each provider is notified of the revocation), and the visitor identifier on your device is erased. From then on, that visit history can no longer be attributed to anyone, and it is destroyed 3 years after the event ends.

To withdraw only your consent to location checks, press “Location consent → Withdraw” in Settings. The records of location use are deleted on the spot.

If you can’t use the app

If you’ve deleted the app or lost the device and can’t delete from within it, email support@stampy.site. Because we don’t collect names or email addresses, we have few clues to find you, so please include the following so we can act:

• Which account you had linked (Apple, Google, Kakao, or LINE), and for verification, an email sent from that account or a screenshot showing you signed in to it
• If you had no linked account, the name of the event you took part in and roughly when

We act on requests within 10 days of receipt and let you know the result.

Partner and staff accounts

Console accounts (email addresses) of partners and on-site staff are deleted on request to support@stampy.site. Staff accounts for an event still in progress are deleted after the event ends.

What is deleted and what remains
