Completion means collecting the stamp at every active place in the event. There is no "collect N stamps" rule and no required order. Participants who complete it receive a certificate that outlives the event, and its number can be checked on site when you hand out prizes.

Yes. Each event sets its own cover, stamp, and stamp book cover, and can add an illustrated map of the venue. Visitors see all of them on their screen.

Use perks to decide what visitors get for how many stamps. On site, staff at the prize desk scan the visitor's confirmation QR and hand the prize over, and the handover is recorded. You can give out a set number or have the prize picked at random at the desk, and drawing winners and shipping their prizes is a paid option (Draw).

Yes. But completion means collecting the stamp at every active place, so adding one can send a participant who had completed the tour back to incomplete. Stamps already earned at a place you close stay where they are.

Yes. Put a QR code at each booth and visitors collect stamps as they go around, without installing an app or signing up. To give the stamp only to people who finished a demo or a consultation, choose staff confirmation. Upload the floor plan and pin each booth on it, and visitors find the booths on the plan. Perks can go out until the prepared stock runs out or be picked at random at the desk, and multi-day events can refill the stock each day.

No. Under Korea's Public Official Election Act (Article 112(4)), a local government must give prizes in its own name. Naming its mayor or governor, by title or by name, or making it look as if they are the giver counts as a prohibited donation. Use the local government's name rather than its head's in perk names and the event description as well.

No. By default, visitors take part from start to finish on the web with nothing installed. Scanning the QR code on site, or holding a phone near the NFC card, takes them straight into the browser, where one tap on "Join" gets them started. The app is optional and adds conveniences that are hard to deliver on the web. There are two exceptions. The stamp at a place where the partner chose NFC+ needs the app, and so does entering a prize draw for which the partner requires a Kakao or LINE link. Stamps collected on the web move to the app and carry on there.

Yes. How a visit is proven is decided per place, so you can put a QR code at the entrance and NFC cards deeper inside.

No. The QR codes and NFC cards you install on site carry permanent addresses you can keep using. The address holds no event or place name, so you can rename a place or change its conditions during the event without making new ones.

A place's stamp is earned once per participant. Coming back only shows a note saying it is already collected.

If visitors link Apple, Google, Kakao, or LINE in the app, their stamps follow them to a new phone or a fresh install. Linking is app-only: participation on the web, or in the app without linking, is tied to that device or browser, so changing phones or browsers means starting over.

Yes, but participation on the web is tied to that browser, so once the private window is closed, there is no way to get back to the stamps collected in it. To keep collecting, join in a normal window, or move the participation to the app with "Continue in the app" before closing the window.

Lost stamps cannot be restored. Participation is anonymous, so there is no way to tell whose record it was, and adding stamps for places the visitor did not go to would break the proof of the visit. At the prize desk, check a screenshot or a photo taken at the place and hand over the prize at your discretion. A prize handed over this way is not recorded. Visitors who linked an account in the app keep what they collected by signing in with the same account.

STAMPY charges once per event. Pick a plan by the number of places and the duration, then add only the tamper-proof verification methods and draws you need. For events contracted by December 31, 2026, it starts at ₩500,000 and the setup service is free; for contracts from January 1, 2027, it starts at ₩1,000,000. All prices exclude VAT. The plans and the option prices are on the pricing page, and if you tell us the event or venue, the dates, and the number of places, we will send a quote.

Yes. A permanent stamp tour opens as a single event with a long date range. Each event runs for up to 12 months; to continue, buy the same plan again.

At a place with only a printed QR code, someone sent a photo of it can stamp without being there. An NFC card only opens when a phone is held to it and cannot be passed on as a photo, which makes NFC suited to places no one is watching. For places where even a forwarded address must not work, use NFC+ or staff confirmation, which cannot be cloned or forwarded, or a screen QR that changes every minute if visitors should not need the app. To also stop a photo forwarded within two minutes, add the location check. Whether a verification is valid, and whether to grant the stamp, is decided by the service, not by the visitor's device.

Copying a card does not give you a card that works. The one gap left is reading the address off the card with another app and sending it to others, so for places where that must be blocked too, use NFC+. An NFC+ card carries no address, so nothing happens outside our app.

Participation is anonymous, so one person joining on several devices is not prevented. An event's credibility does not come from knowing who the visitor is; it comes from the fact that you cannot verify a visit without being there. Creating more participants does not add stamps unless someone goes to the places. For prize draws only, the partner can require a Kakao or LINE link to enter, so each person enters once.

Participation is anonymous. Joining asks for no name and no contact details, and there is no sign-up: one tap on "Join" starts it on site. Only winners of a prize draw give a name, phone number, and address so the prize can be shipped, and we delete them 30 days after the prize is shipped, or, if it is never shipped, 30 days after the event ends or the address deadline passes, whichever is later. In the app, visitors can link Apple, Google, Kakao, or LINE so their stamps follow them to a new phone. Even then, all we keep from the provider is its identifier. With Apple, we also keep one token from Apple, so that removing the link also disconnects it on Apple's side.

A participant is someone who earned at least one stamp. People who tried to collect a place's stamp but did not finish are counted as "people trying" at that place. If other places are collecting stamps and one place stays empty, a card may have broken, staff may have stepped away, or the conditions may be too strict. The console then shows how many people are trying there.

At places that use staff confirmation, they scan the confirmation QR on the visitor's screen. At the prize desk, they scan the visitor's confirmation QR and hand the prize over. Staff work inside staff mode in the visitor app, and because they scan with the camera, they do need the app installed.

A single place can have several sets of checks, and a visitor only needs to finish one set. Put staff confirmation in a set separate from the card and the place keeps working when the card fails, without loosening the requirement to actually be there. If the console shows other places collecting stamps while the place with the card stays empty, check whether the card has broken.
